FOUNDER, CEO: Committed to client mission, Matthew has served side-by-side with Marines fighting insurgents in Iraq and Border Patrol agents combatting trans-national criminals on the southern border. As 20-year Sensor and Communications engineer and expert, Matthew has architected interagency-compatible solutions from modeling all the way through operational deployment, delivering $100Kâ$1B surveillance and force protection systems to his clients--including DARPA, DHS, Border Patrol, and the Army, Navy, and Marines. Deep expertise in remote sensors, signal processing, and integrating COTS/GOTS with custom hardware, firmware, and software.
