Cadence2Completion

Operational Technology, From Requirements to the Field.

Cadence2Completion helps frontline agencies acquire, test, integrate, field, and sustain the sensor, surveillance, inspection, and mission-data systems their operators actually use. Small business. GSA MAS. Work concentrated in homeland-security and law-enforcement missions.

Listen. Collaborate. Create.

Numbers only matter when they show what reached the mission. These four proof points are tied to the programs they came from.

  • 18,000+

Body-worn and vehicle camera systems fielded across land, air, and port operations for multiple DHS Law Enforcement Agencies

  • 5,000+

Unattended Ground Sensors (UGS) inventoried across 85 USBP stations in 13 sectors

  • 1,000+

Non-intrusive inspection devices acquired for delivery to the field

  • 30+

Inspection and detection systems evaluated before deployment to multiple Ports of Entry

What We Deliver

  • Security & Surveillance

Integrated surveillance and force-protection systems built around how operators actually work a sector, a port, or a command center.

Sensors and cameras that can be fielded, trained on, and sustained - not just demonstrated.

  • Systems Engineering & Test/Evaluation

Requirements, architecture, SELC/ALF documentation, test, evaluation, and operational validation.

Programs that can survive an acquisition review and a field test.

  • Systems Integration

Connecting sensors, platforms, networks, software, and data into a system that holds up outside the lab.

One picture for the operator instead of five disconnected tools.

  • Mission Data Enablement

Making mission data reachable, usable, and defensible across systems and teams.

Alerts, video, sensor feeds, and records that operators can act on in time.

  • Enterprise AI & Data Strategy

Practical AI and data architecture tied to an operational use case - detection, triage, annotation, and readiness.

Models and pipelines that can be tested against field conditions, not just a briefing slide.

In the Field

  • Nationwide camera fielding for frontline operators

    SECURITY & SURVEILLANCE

Challenge: Get body-worn and vehicle-mounted cameras onto agents and officers across land, air, and port operations, then keep them current.

C2C role: Domain SMEs supporting deployment, test, training, sustainment, and technology refresh as part of the program team.

Result: 18,000 systems fielded in eight months across multiple DHS Law Enforcement Agencies.

  • Inspection systems ready for the port

    SYSTEMS ENGINEERING & T&E

Challenge: Evaluate and prepare new non-intrusive inspection technologies - from handheld systems through rail-scale equipment - for field use.

C2C role: SELC and acquisition support, performance testing at multiple ports of entry, and training on eight systems at 20+ sites.

Result: More than 1,000 devices acquired for the field and 30+ systems evaluated before deployment.

  • Ground sensors that stay in the fight

SECURITY & SURVEILLANCE | MISSION DATA

Challenge: Keep thousands of unattended ground sensors working across remote and high-traffic border terrain.

C2C role: Inventory, annual refresh, field engineering, handbook development, and agent training.

Result: 5,000+ sensors inventoried across 85 stations in 13 sectors; 150+ agents trained.

How We Work

Listen. Collaborate. Create. is not a tagline. It is the process.

  1. Listen

Hear the mission from the people who run it, not only from the people who fund it. Understand the terrain, the watch floor, the port, and the constraint that will actually break the design.

  2. Collaborate

Build with the people who will use it, test it, acquire it, and sustain it. Work inside the customer's SELC and acquisition process rather than in a parallel slide stack.

  3. Create

Field the system. Train the users. Stay through sustainment and the first technology refresh. A briefing is not the deliverable.

C2C teams mix systems engineers with people who have held federal and law-enforcement operational roles. We staff the work with people who have written the requirements and people who have stood the post.
