About Us
A small Arlington firm built to take operational
technology from a requirement to a system someone can run.
Who We Are

Cadence2Completion was founded in 2020.
We are a small business.
The team mixes systems engineers with people who have
held federal and law-enforcement operational roles.
That mix is intentional:
programs stall when the people
writing requirements have never stood the post, and
when the people who have stood the post are never
in the design room.
Where We Work
Home base is Arlington, Virginia.
The work is concentrated in homeland-security and law-enforcement missions - sensors, inspection systems, cameras, test,
training, and the data those systems produce.
Listen. Collaborate. Create.
Hear the mission from the operator.
Build inside the customer's process.
Field the system and stay through sustainment.

Matthew Gundy, Founder & CEO
Matthew Gundy founded C2C after two decades as a sensor and communications engineer supporting defense and
homeland-security missions. He still works the programs.
Matthew has worked alongside Marines in Iraq and Border Patrol agents on the southern border, taking surveillance
and force-protection systems from modeling through operational deployment for customers that have included DARPA,
DHS, Border Patrol, and the Army, Navy, and Marine Corps.
His work includes remote sensors, signal processing, and the integration of COTS and GOTS technology with custom
hardware, firmware, and software. M.S., Electrical Engineering.
